文化主題教學「神秘的印加帝國-南美洲」活動分享

前兩個月從台灣出發,這次我們將一起飛到遙遠的南美洲!大家一起搭上飛機繫好安全帶,準備出發~

   南美洲讓大家最直接聯想到的就是獨特的摩艾石像,這些石像矗立在距離致力好幾千公里遠的南太平洋上,小小的復活節島卻有充滿神秘的摩艾石像。

仔細看看摩艾石像其實就像是長方體組合而成,因此配合幾何立體圖形與展開圖的工作讓孩子進行立體的摩艾石像製作。大班的孩子曾有過金字塔(四角錐)立體造型製作的經驗,所以這次操作孩子們很快就上手,中班的孩子則是第一次進行,如何沿著線條剪貼,並將平面摺出長方體,小禎老師花了一些巧思,也讓中班孩子順利的完成!

製作完成後的摩艾石像老師幫忙吊在牆上裝飾,但卻聽到孩子不一樣的聲音;Yuki:摩艾石像是石頭做的應該很重,怎麼會飛在空中呢?這個問題一題出,孩子紛紛表示贊同,連老師也驚覺,這樣裝飾好像真的有點不合邏輯,因此孩子們便開始提出裝飾摩艾石像的想法,最後大家一致決定:讓摩艾石像站在紙張上,紙張上還可以畫出草地,因為真正的摩艾石像就是站在草地上。但是立體摩埃石像底部沒有可黏貼的部分,為了要讓摩艾石像站起來,孩子們也想了很多點子;William:可以在空心的部分塞進紙張。Ben:拿一根棍子撐住。Ethan:就像上次做埃及金字塔時的立體樹木,先剪一些再摺起來就可以用膠帶貼上去了。

最後大家選擇了奕勛的方式,一起讓摩艾石像站在地面上囉!當然只有摩艾和草地太孤單了,所以還加上了黏土製作的仙人掌一起陪伴摩艾喔! 

    說道南美洲也不能忘記原產自於南美洲的羊駝,在這裡有著許多的原駝、駱馬、羊駝、小羊駝,而且秘魯的原住民很喜歡將羊駝裝飾上色彩繽紛的飾品,因此這個月開始教室裡就布置了兩隻大羊駝,等待孩子幫牠們裝飾上美麗的彩色毛球與流蘇,每當工作時就可以看到孩子認真的製作,不時也會聽到孩子開心的跟老師分享:這個毛球是我做的喔~

   十月底所有孩子超級期待的萬聖節即將來臨,其實萬聖節「不給糖就搗蛋」的活動一直有很多 的爭議,不論是糖果太多或是向人要糖不符合禮儀,但是孩子對萬聖節的裝扮活動孩子又很期待,因此在九月初老師們大家集思廣益決定今年來個『翻轉萬聖節』將向店家要糖果的活動改變成孩子送給店家祝福~雖然這次的萬聖節孩子沒有拿糖果,但是都開心的扮成自己最喜歡的角色,加上爸爸媽媽一同熱情的參予,讓這次的翻轉萬聖節非常成功~

   為了介紹南美洲這個陌生的國度,活動前老師們就積極的尋找相關餐廳,除了想品嘗南美洲美食(為南美洲美食饗宴做準備),並希望邀請老闆(當地人)來園介紹,就這樣我們非常幸運的遇到了超熱心又開朗的印加媽媽餐廳的老闆娘,老闆娘是台灣人老闆則是道地秘魯人,當他們了解我們的來意,非常爽快的就答應了我們的邀請~來園介紹秘魯的文化。11月初祕魯老闆終於來了,他帶著國小五年級的兒子和一套祕魯庫斯科傳統服裝及完整的祕魯庫斯科介紹的ppt ,來園和大家見面。雖然祕魯老闆中文不太好,但全程都有五年級的兒子在一旁翻譯及介紹,雖然才小學但是介紹起來台風不輸爸爸呢!在兩人的介紹下帶著所有的人一起探訪祕魯庫斯科的石頭城市,也讓所有的孩子見識到庫斯科石牆之美及有趣的動腦聯想,祕魯老闆還教了大家一首有趣的當地童謠,在唱唱跳跳終結束豐富的文化之旅,結束前穿著整套祕魯庫斯科傳統服飾的鍾老師緩緩出來,又引起一陣騷動,因為這套服裝超級美麗,有著色彩繽紛的刺繡和美麗的圖案。最後在大家不捨中與秘魯老闆及大哥哥說再見~並相約有機會可以到印加媽媽餐廳來找老闆和大哥哥喔!     在秘魯有座神秘的彩虹山,據說近年來因天氣暖化山上融冰後,才顯現出來七彩令人驚豔的美麗的顏色。為了仿造美麗的七彩漸層中班讓孩子利用鹽水的比重不同進行色彩的堆疊,看到孩子們專注小心翼翼的將各色色水小心滴流在玻璃瓶中,當完成後的喜悅真的令人開心;大班則是讓孩子認識鹽巴能影響水的比重,鹽水飽和時浮力也相對跟著增加,這也就是為什麼能讓色水漸層排列的秘密~小幼班則是與老師一起進行混色遊戲,認識三原色能變化出七彩色彩。

    小幼班的南美洲探索從南美洲最大的國家巴西開始,在巴西有著世界上最大的熱帶雨林,雨林中還有許多奇特的動物,小班孩子最喜歡慢吞吞的樹懶還有美麗的金剛鸚鵡,因此一進入小班彷彿進入了熱帶雨林中,有許多樹木、金剛鸚鵡還有可愛的樹懶掛在樹上和大家打招呼喔!在巴西除了熱帶雨林外就是最著名的足球運動,孩子們也在老師帶領之下進行了一場小小足球踢球大賽,別看我們年紀小,踢起球來還是很有架式喔!

    在活動最尾聲,每個班級將一起參予南美洲最有名的嘉年華會,小班將化身為可愛的足球啦啦隊員,為了表演孩子們還自製了可愛的拉拉球;幼班則是變成了最喜歡的金剛鸚鵡,在老師協助下自製了繽紛羽毛頭套;中大班則是被祕魯那套美麗傳統服飾所吸引,因此決定分為男生組與女生組,依照祕魯傳統服飾模樣也製作一套屬於自己的秘魯傳統服裝,在幾天的努力下孩子們設計出了好多張美麗的中心圖案,男生也剪貼了許多複雜的對稱圖騰,最後完成了超級華麗的秘魯傳統服飾!有了服裝當然也要有應景的舞曲~小班選擇了動感的世界杯足球賽主題曲,幼班可愛的動感舞曲,大中班女生票選出喜歡的熱鬧拉丁舞曲,男生則是輕快又有勇士班氣息的傳統祕魯舞曲,一切準備就緒,熱鬧的南美洲嘉年華會就開始了~

    活動當天所有的孩子穿戴著自製的服裝,依序的上台表演,連幼班的孩子也能開心的一起舞蹈,小班及中大班的孩子更是努力認真開心的一同參予,在小禎老師的帶領下大家一起開心的跳著熱鬧的舞曲為南美洲畫下最完美的句點。
